Our AGM

Every year, in accordance with our Constitution, an Annual General Meeting (AGM) is held. Due to the COVID-19 risks and in order to ensure the safety of our members, their families and visitors, the 2021 AGM was successfully conducted virtually via Zoom. In addition to reducing the risks of spreading the virus, a number of other advantages were achieved. The AGM did not have to be conducted on a weekend, members did not have to be at their cottages and could participate from wherever they happened to be and most importantly, it did not involve loss of family time at the cottage on a weekend.

Based on the excellent attendance at the previous two Zoom AGM Meetings, the 2023 AGM is scheduled to take place via Zoom on Wednesday, August 16th, 2023 at 7:00pm. The Zoom link to join the meeting will be sent to members about a week before the meeting is to take place.
