In 2010 the Board of Directors re-wrote the Constitution and By-Laws, originally completed in 1977.

On August 22nd, 2020, revisions to our Constitution and By-Laws were proposed and voted in unanimously by our members during our 2020 Annual General Meeting.

On August 18th, 2022, revisions to our Constitution and By-Laws were proposed and voted in by a majority vote of our members during the 2022 Annual General Meeting. The necessary revisions have been made and approved by the Board.
